Individual Stress and Anxiety Coaching

Core Program | Stress and Anxiety Coaching

12 week plan | one session per week | 

What's included:

  • A personally tailored Stress and Anxiety Management Plan to implement into your daily routine
  • One virtual coaching session per week
  • Accountability including email support throughout the week as needed
  • Visual supplementation to download or print and keep such as PDF's, Workbook, Checklists and other resources to support your coaching
  • Notes on what we covered after each session with encouragement, tips and useful advice
  • A welcome gift from me


During our time together, you will ultimately work on and build an individualized Stress/Anxiety Management Plan. The plan will address stress and anxiety together, or singularly depending on your preference. The plan will be successful and helpful to you because it will be tailored to your unique needs using techniques that align with you. 


The Stress/Anxiety Management Plan will explore the following areas: 

  • Nutrition: explore eating habits and how food affects mood 
  • Physical activity/movement: explore routines that work for you that can be adapted to fit your unique lifestyle
  • Sleep hygiene resources and sleep’s effect on stress and anxiety
  • Stress management techniques, tips, resources
  • Environmental toxins that can trigger anxiety
  • Connections/Relationships and how these fit into your plan
  • Spirituality: how your own spirituality can help


What you can expect:

  • Supportive nutrition education/resources and healthy tips
  • Utilizing time management skills to implement self-care
  • Explore how food affects mood and why this matters
  • Action-based tools to decrease anxiety and relieve stress
  • Quality coaching in a safe and nonjudgmental space of empathy and compassion
