I'm a holistic wellness and lifestyle coach on a mission to inspire and serve individuals experiencing high stress and un-ease in daily life so they can ease symptoms of tension, anxiety and burnout, and improve wellbeing through lifestyle balance.
My professional background is occupational therapy where I practiced through the lifecycle from pediatrics to geriatrics for over 20 years. From that experience, here are just a few things that made an impact on me: in Pedi OT, I observed anxiety in children beginning at the age of 3 years old. In adult rehab settings I continue to see diabetes and its complications on the rise and obesity and heart disease cases in abundance. And I see a lot of anxiety and lots of chronic stress.
I created my wellness offerings based on work from my collective background, experiences and insights to help others realize their own wellness potential and transform that potential into action-based goals. These services are crafted with great care and thoughtful guidance.
This work is important to me because I know for certain that we all have the innate ability to optimize our own health through lifestyle balance and thoughtful behavior patterns. This gives us a powerful edge to create and maintain positive habits for our own wellbeing.
